SANTA CLARA, CA—DECEMBER 13, 2004—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced that the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA) presented the Company with two significant industry recognitions during the tenth annual FSA Awards Dinner Celebration on Thursday, December 9, 2004 in Santa Clara, Calif.  The awards include:

Favorite Fabless Pick: NVIDIA was selected for this award by Mark Edelstone of Morgan Stanley, who based his decision on historical as well as projected data, such as stock price, earnings per share, revenue forecasts and product performance.

“NVIDIA has had a great year, giving the industry a strong lineup of product offerings and engaging with tier-one partners. Dr. Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award Honoring Jen-Hsun Huang, CEO, President, and Co-Founder of NVIDIA: This award recognizes individuals, such as its namesake, Dr. Morris Chang, for their outstanding achievements and unique contributions to the fabless sector.
