SANTA CLARA, CA—DECEMBER 15, 2004—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that Jen-Hsun Huang, president and CEO, will participate in a fireside chat conference call hosted by Morgan Stanley to discuss NVIDIA’s recent strategic developments. The conference call will be held on December 16, 2004 at 7:30AM PST.  

The conference call will be web cast live (listen-only mode) through the following URL: http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=116466&p=irol-IRHome.
