SANTA CLARA, CA─JULY 19, 2005─NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced that its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time at its executive offices at 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, California.  The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in NVIDIA’s Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 31, 2005.  The Proxy Statement is available via the Company’s investor relations Web site.
