AMBER 11 now supports multiple GPUs and it’s better than ever!

If you want to do a free trial run on GPUs with your models, simply submit your email address below and within the next two days, you will receive an email with log-in instructions. Then you can test drive AMBER on GPUs for a full day, all to yourself.

I am glad for having had the opportunity to test the 2xGPU performance. This short experience showed that the 2xGPU is at least 10.751 faster than 4xCPU (facility of http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/) both MD using PMEMD. The ratio goes even to 18x or 24.3x for the GPU when compared to other machines I am conventionally using. The system I tested was a complex of NA with protein.
