• What are the benefits?

  Base Command Platform accelerates your AI Initiatives by shortening your time from AI concept to production and makes AI training easier by providing end-to-end workflow tools for all your users. It enables you to share AI infrastructure across all your data science teams, and analyze and optimize AI training resources to get the most from your AI infrastructure. Base Command also continuously delivers NVIDIA AI innovations since it's the AI training platform that NVIDIA uses internally.
• What can I do with it?

  Base Command Platform is a very comprehensive AI workflow management solution. With it you can:

  • Quickly launch and schedule single-GPU, multi-GPU, multi-node training workloads.
  • Manage users, teams, projects, jobs, and data sets.

• How much does it cost?

  Base Command Platform can be used in NVIDIA DGX™ Foundry, which is priced at $30,000 per month per 640GB NVIDIA DGX A100, with a minimum of three DGX A100s. The minimum size of NetApp storage is 100TB and the subscription to the NetApp Keystone service is provided at an additional cost.
• How can I buy it?

  Today, this premium service is available through a free hands-on lab on NVIDIA LaunchPad or it can be purchased directly with a DGX Foundry subscription.
• What is DGX Foundry?

  NVIDIA DGX Foundry is a world-class infrastructure solution for businesses and their data scientists who need a premium AI development experience without the struggle of deploying and managing it themselves, and is based on the NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD™ architecture. A separate subscription to NetApp Keystone is required that provides high-performance NetApp storage.
• Who provides support?

  DGX Foundry is supported by NVIDIA and NetApp. The support cost is included in the subscription pricing, which also includes support of Base Command Platform. NVIDIA is the first line of support and will engage with NetApp on any storage-related problems. NetApp Keystone includes 24/7 proactive storage monitoring and support from NetApp.
• Can I run it on NVIDIA DGX systems?

  Today, DGX Foundry exclusively runs on NVIDIA DGX systems and is only available as part of a DGX Foundry subscription, which includes the use of Base Command Platform.
