NVIDIA and Activision Are Bringing Real-Time Ray Tracing to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Activision and Infinity Ward have unveiled Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare®. The stakes have never been higher as players take on the role of lethal Tier One operators in a heart-racing saga that will affect the global balance of power.

Developer Infinity Ward is delivering an epic reimagining of the iconic Modern Warfare® series from the ground up. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare promises to engulf fans in an intense experience that shines a light on the changing nature of modern war.

 

As the Official PC Partner for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, NVIDIA is working side by side with Infinity Ward’s team of engineers to bring real-time DirectX Raytracing, NVIDIA Adaptive Shading, and other advanced NVIDIA gaming technologies to the PC version of the game.
