Santa Clara, CA—December 27, 2000—NVIDIA® Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that Hewlett-Packard Company's HP 8720 and HP 9720 configure-to-order HP Pavilion home PCs now include NVIDIA GeForce2 processors as the primary default graphics solutions. The HP Pavilion 8000- and 9000-series PCs deliver exhilarating multimedia experiences to home PC users.

The NVIDIA GeForce2 MX and GeForce2 Pro graphics solutions offer advanced visual capabilities including second-generation transform and lighting, per-pixel shading, and advanced video processing. The HP Pavilion home PCs integrating the NVIDIA GeForce2 MX and GeForce2 Pro graphics solutions are sold directly on the Web through; the default NVIDIA graphics options are available immediately.
