SANTA CLARA, CA─MAY 29, 2007─NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in programmable graphics processor technologies, will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at its headquarters in Santa Clara, California on Thursday, June 21, 2007, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. The meeting will take place in Building E, located at 2800 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, California.

The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in NVIDIA’s Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 9, 2007. The Proxy Statement is available via the Company’s Investor Relations Web site at www.nvidia.com/investor.
