Service-specific terms for NVIDIA attestation cloud suite for research and development

These Service-Specific Terms for NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development, including Reference Integrity Manifest, Certification Revocation Services and Remote Attestation Services, are an exhibit to the NVIDIA Cloud Agreement (the “Agreement”) available at https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/agreements/cloud-services/nvidia-cloud-agreement/ and are incorporated as an integral part of the Agreement.

1. FREE CLOUD OFFERING. NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development is a free Cloud Offering. Customer is not required to purchase a Subscription to access this Cloud Offering, which is provided “AS-IS” and excluded from Enterprise Support and the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. The following additional limitation and restriction applies to use of NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development, and Customer is responsible for the consequences of non-conformance with this limitation: Customer may only use NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development internally for test, development and research purposes, not in production. Customer may not use the output of NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development to develop or provide competing products or technologies or assist a third party with such activities, unless Customer has NVIDIA’s prior written approval.

3. DATA COLLECTION. As described in documentation for NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development, available at https://docs.attestation.nvidia.com/RIM/rim_introduction.html, NVIDIA will collect IP address and information about Customer’s GPU (including device unique identity key pair and device certificates that uniquely identify Customer’s GPU) to provide NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development and for security, debugging and troubleshooting purposes. Data collected will be deleted when no longer needed for the purpose.
