NVIDIA CEO Keynote Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your registration and attendance of NVIDIA CEO Keynote (the “Event”). These terms may be updated from time to time. Registering to attend the Event constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Age Limitation: You must be 18 years of age to attend this Event and all related events. If you are under 18 years of age, please have your guardian contact us at info@nvidia.com.
  2. Audio and Video Recording: You acknowledge that, during your attendance at the Event and any of its sessions or activities, you may be photographed or videotaped and the footage may be used for replay, marketing, or other legitimate business purpose. We do not prohibit participants, news organizations, or other companies from video- or audio-taping the Event. You hereby grant to NVIDIA and its affiliates the right to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, distribute, display, or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of recording of you for use in marketing materials and/or training materials and for internal use. NVIDIA’s foregoing rights shall be perpetual, worldwide, and free of royalties or any other compensation.
  3. Your Information:
    1. Generally. We may collect, manage and share your information in accordance with NVIDIA's Privacy Policy and all applicable data privacy laws and regulations. Based on the topics of interest you select during the registration process, we may make recommendations on sessions. You may refine the scheduling tool by providing feedback. If you consent to receive marketing communications or personalized recommendations, we’ll use registration information, preferences, and your interaction with other NVIDIA products and services, to show you interest-based advertising on third-party websites. You can opt out of data sharing for interest- based ads at any time by visiting our Privacy Center or by enabling an opt-out preference signal. In addition, if you consent to receive personalized recommendations, we will make personalized recommendations and improve our recommender algorithms by using registration information, session attendance, participation (for example through Q&A instances or requests to interact with experts), preferences, and your interaction with other NVIDIA products and services. We also may use this data in aggregated form to improve the Event or other future events.

    2. Data Sharing With Third Parties. We may provide your contact information to a local agency if (a) you opt in during registration or otherwise to receive communications from the local agency; (b) if you self-identify during registration as a member of the press. Data shared with a local agency will be subject to that agency’s privacy policy.
  4. Code of Conduct: NVIDIA CEO Keynote organizers are committed to creating a safe experience and will not tolerate harassment or discrimination of conference participants in any form. Every Keynote attendee is responsible for promoting and creating a safe experience for all participants. Please review our Code of Conduct, which details these expectations and provides contact information for filing a complaint.
  5. Admittance: NVIDIA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to anyone that is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or any other attendee. All attendees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinance, and mandates related to COVID-19, including but not limited to wearing a face covering and presenting proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Attendees who are refused admission or expelled from the Event will not receive a refund of any payment rendered.
  6. Views: The views or opinions expressed by any Event attendee or local agency are not necessarily those of NVIDIA. All Event attendees, and local agencies are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content.
  7. Statement of Liability: Except where prohibited by applicable law, NVIDIA does not bear any legal liability or responsibility for any device or connection failure or data loss or theft from such device or connection failure relating to your attendance of this Event, or for the safety of any attendee attending this Event or traveling to or from this Event. NVIDIA disclaims any liability for the acts of any third parties related to this Event, and NVIDIA reserves the right to cancel the Event without liability. Each attendee shall be personally responsible for his/her behavior. NVIDIA does not accept responsibility for the behavior of any attendee or third parties during the Event. NVIDIA shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance or interruption of services resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of NVIDIA including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemic, war, terrorism, failure of transportation, weather, accidents, fires, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, postal delays, explosions, government orders, or regulations. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NVIDIA, its officers, directors, and agents against all claims arising out of your actions or omissions at or in connection with this Event. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NVIDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER ALLEGED AS A BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORTIOUS CONDUCT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR BASED ON ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. If applicable, NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker in case of an emergency or cancellation. 
  8. Choice of Law: California law will govern all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, regardless of conflict of laws rules. These disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of Santa Clara County, California, USA, and you and NVIDIA consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
