Why does the Academy website look different?

We’ve upgraded the NVIDIA Academy Learning Platform to deliver a smoother, more powerful experience for your AI learning journey. If you previously had an Academy account, all your existing course progress, history, and account information has been transferred to the new platform. Login today and explore the new experience.

I had an account with the NVIDIA Academy. Will my login work on the new platform?

Yes. All your existing course progress, history, and account information has been transferred to the new platform. Login and check out the new platform.

Where is my training history from my old Academy account?

All your existing course progress, history, and account information has been transferred to the new platform. Login and go to My Learning to view your information.

I was in the middle of an Academy course when the system was shut down for the cutover. What happened to my course?

All your existing course progress, history, and account information has been transferred to the new platform. Login and go to My Learning to view status and continue learning.

Will my bookmark for the NVIDIA Academy site still work?

The link in your bookmark should automatically redirect to the new Academy site which can be found here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/training/academy/

How do I find a course for a specific topic, role, or industry?

Use our new filter and search capabilities found on the Find Training page. You can also view our learning path document and our downloadable course catalog.

Where can I find training to prepare for an NVIDIA Certification?

To prepare for a certification exam, visit our certification center and select the exam you are interested in. On each certification details page, you will find an exam blueprint, the list of recommended training, as well as the free exam study guide.

How do I request private instructor-led training for my organization?

Please fill out and submit our Training Services Request form.

What are the system requirements for taking courses?

You will need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). Some advanced courses or hands-on labs may have specific requirements, which will be listed in the course description.

How do I access a course I paid for?

Login to your Academy account and go to My Learning where you will see a list of all courses you have purchased, enrolled in and completed.

How long do I have access to a self-paced course after I enroll?

For paid courses, you have access to course materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. For free courses, you have access as long as the course is active. Note that training content and materials may change over time and may be discontinued at NVIDIA’s discretion. For details, consult our terms and conditions.

For instructor-led workshops, how long will I have access to the lab environment?

Training materials provided by NVIDIA will be available online to participants for up to 6 months from the start of the course, subject to the terms of use. Students can access lab environments only during the workshop’s training hours.

How much does training from NVIDIA cost?

Our prices vary depending on the type of training (self-paced courses or instructor-led workshops), the topic, the length of the course, and the type of GPU used in the lab exercises.

What credentials do you offer?

The Academy offers certification that can be achieved by passing a proctored exam administered by a 3rd party. Visit our certification center for more details on our certification program.

What is a learning path?

Learning paths are collections of courses that are organized around specific roles and technologies. Each learning path provides recommended courses and the order in which to take them. In some cases, they will prepare you for specific certification exams. View our latest learning paths here.

Do I need an NVIDIA account to take training from NVIDIA?

Yes. To enroll and take a course, you'll need to create an NVIDIA account and set up your training profile.

  • An NVIDIA account is a single sign-on and user identity account that lets you log in to various NVIDIA websites and applications with a single email and password. You can create an account from within any of the websites or applications that support NVIDIA accounts or directly from the NVIDIA Account Portal. Go here for additional information on NVIDIA accounts.
  • The first time you try to enroll in a course, you'll be asked to set up an NIVIDIA account.

Why do I need an NVIDIA account?

Logging into your NVIDIA account gives you access to resources such as training, blogs, forums, tools and SDKs, on-demand videos, GTC sessions, and webinars, and more. Also, once you set up your account, all your training activity will be tracked in the MyLearning section of your account. It will list courses in progress, courses completed, and any certifications earned.

How do I change the password for my NVIDIA account?

NVIDIA doesn't manage user passwords. If you need to change your NVIDIA account password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to account.nvidia.com.
  2. Choose the option for “forgot password.”
  3. Enter and submit your email and/or username.
  4. You should receive an email from NVIDIA.
  5. Create a new password that's 8–15 characters long.

How do I change my login email for the NVIDIA account?

You can change your login email for your NVIDIA account directly through the NVIDIA Account Portal.

I have a Platinum Membership. How do I access courses?

Once you login to your Academy account, you will be able to enroll in all self-paced courses without entering any payment information.

How do I find out when my Platinum Membership expires?

Go to your My Learning page to check the expiration date of your membership.

Will my NVIDIA Marketplace or NPN Portal login credentials work for NVIDIA Academy?

No, NVIDIA Academy is a separate platform and requires a separate login.

I am an NVIDIA Partner. How do I get access to a course?

For required training to meet competency requirements, please refer to the NPN portal.

I am an NVIDIA employee. How do I access NVIDIA Academy training and exam vouchers?

When you login to the Academy with your NVIDIA userid, you will be able to enroll in all self-paced courses for free. To receive a voucher for a certification exam (one free attempt per exam), please submit a request here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Where can I find my receipt or invoice?

To request an invoice for your purchase, submit a ticket here and include all orders details (order date, course purchased, email).

I have an access code or voucher. How do I redeem it?

Select the purchase button and enter the voucher or discount code in the promo code field.

Why am I unable to purchase a course?

We are in the process of transitioning to a new e-commerce system and support online purchases in the countries listed here. If your country is not on this list, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to expand support globally.

How do I use learning credits to enroll in a course?

Learning credits can be redeemed here for self-paced courses, public workshops, private workshops, Academy memberships, certification exams and training offered at GTC. When you redeem learning credits, NVIDIA will provide codes and vouchers that can be used for training services.
