Neuron Systems set out to build an always-on AI sports newsroom that could watch every play, reason about what happened, and deliver commentary to fans in multiple languages. To test this at broadcast scale, the Neuron Systems team joined NVIDIA Innovation Lab, using NVIDIA H100 GPUs and NVIDIA CUDA™ software to support stable multi-agent personalities, low-latency live coverage, and a forensically auditable record of AI-generated content.

Neuron Systems is an AI-powered sports media company building an agentic AI platform for live sports intelligence. Its system supports direct user-to-agent interaction in production, while its NVIDIA Innovation Lab work focused on an experimental production mode. The platform produces real-time, debate-style commentary, multilingual audio, and deep analytics for creators and fans.
Before joining NVIDIA Innovation Lab, Neuron Systems ran into the restraints of cloud-based AI media workflows. Rate limits and variable latency made long-running, multi-agent conversations difficult to run in real time, even though those debates are central to the fan experience. Under load, agent identities frequently collapsed when long conversation histories were unavailable, and peak moments such as touchdowns created latency spikes. The team also needed production-grade observability to audit AI behavior over long broadcasts.
To solve this, Neuron Systems—a member of the NVIDIA Inception program—accessed the NVIDIA Innovation Lab as a dedicated AI development and broadcast testbed. NVIDIA Innovation Lab gives qualified NVIDIA Inception members access to NVIDIA technical guidance and accelerated computing resources to prototype, test, and scale AI workloads. The Neuron Systems team ran three primary workloads: multi-agent debate engine, an on-GPU Hindi cricket commentary pipeline, and a persistent basketball commentary run. NVIDIA H100 GPU memory capacity and bandwidth kept large agent contexts warm, while CUDA-accelerated local inference, Modal orchestration, Redis caching, Confluent Kafka streaming, and W&B Weave observability helped the system stay responsive and traceable under live traffic.

The test impact was measurable. During a pro football championship game, Neuron Systems generated 1 million forensically audited AI traces, achieved 100% event coverage over more than four hours of live coverage and experienced zero cascading failures. In other primetime football game scenarios, AI commentators analyzed a play, coordinated a multi-agent debate, and delivered audio to fans in about 13.3 seconds from play analysis to audio delivery, while offline localized content rendered in roughly 20 minutes. Running inference on NVIDIA H100 GPUs reduced the team’s reliance on external cloud APIs and gave them greater control over continuous multilingual coverage and faster experimentation.
Neuron Systems is now focused on deepening the quality of its agentic sports experiences derived from its successful POC on Innovation Lab. The team continues to refine debate formats among AI personas, strengthen multilingual pipelines, and improve observability so it can trace and tune agent decisions across long-running broadcasts in major North American and Indian sports.
“Six personalities, each with a distinct voice, history, and identity, ran through a marquee football game in English and Spanish, and every match of a major international cricket tournament, including semifinals and finals, in two languages: English and Hindi," said Shalini Ananda, CEO of Neuron Systems. “I needed memory bandwidth, not just FLOPS. The NVIDIA Innovation Lab let me keep every agent warm, every context live, and every decision auditable. That’s not a benchmark. That's live coverage of real games, and the learnings are helping us improve the user-facing Neuron Systems Platform for production.”
Neuron Systems is also testing spatial audio through the Web Audio API and new voice models to create more immersive listening experiences.
“Eight H100 GPUs gave me something I can’t buy on a pay-per-token plan: the ability to generate live debates and game commentary at scale, derived from real user interactions.”

Neuron Systems is building on a full season of NVIDIA-powered coverage to deepen partnerships with rights holders, broadcasters, and creator platforms. The company showcased its AI sports newsroom during the 2026 global soccer tournament, using the same NVIDIA-accelerated architecture to help creators and media partners deliver real-time, multilingual experiences to global football audiences across Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
Looking ahead, Neuron Systems plans to expand this platform to additional leagues and tentpole events, positioning its AI infrastructure as a strategic layer for year-round fan engagement.
