This, our first global citizenship report, covers our economic, social, and environmental performance for our fiscal year ended January 31, 2010. We plan to report our performance each year via our website.
The report includes consolidated economic, financial, and employment information for our global operations. The environmental information contained in this report covers only our US operations. We plan to begin measuring environmental data for our international operations in the future and will report on the environmental performance of those operations in the coming years.
We determined the content for this report based on conversations among management and with customers, suppliers, and employees, and in consultation with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (GRI G3).
For this report we have self-declared a GRI application level of C. The GRI index containing standard disclosures can be found here.
We expect to improve our performance and, accordingly, to provide more information on our performance and improve the transparency and completeness of our reporting in the coming years.
We welcome your feedback on this report and our performance. Please send your comments and suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at
