The safety and health of our employees is of utmost importance. As a “fabless” company that does not manufacture its own products, we have a favorable health and safety performance. We’ve also experienced low levels of leave-of-absence and worker's compensation claims. The vast majority (more than 90 percent) of leaves-of-absence are for parental or family leave. The most common cause for workers’ compensation claims are repetitive motion injuries – which we are actively addressing through our ergonomics program.
As a member of the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), we require our suppliers to adhere to the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct, which has established standards for the health and safety of workers.
