Crossover Health gives you an alternative way to get affordable, high-quality, and convenient healthcare, with state-of-the art private health centers located throughout the Bay Area.

A Crossover Health membership is free to NVIDIANs in the Bay Area. All Crossover Health centers and doctors are in-network with Cigna, and can be used by NVIDIANs and their dependents age 18 and older enrolled in the NVIDIA HSA Plus, NVIDIA HSA, or NVIDIA PPO medical plans. Crossover Health is also available for urgent care needs for all employees visiting Santa Clara on business.

Crossover Health offers NVIDIANs VIP access to a highly skilled team of physicians, nurses, specialists, and coaches who deliver complete, concierge-style healthcare services. These include primary care and urgent care, behavioral health, physical and massage therapy, vision services, acupuncture, and chiropractic care.

Crossover Health isn’t currently available to NVIDIANs, spouses, or dependents enrolled in the Kaiser HMO or Kaiser HSA medical plans, or to employees who aren’t enrolled in NVIDIA medical coverage.

Accessing Services

Ready to start experiencing a new kind of healthcare? Sign up by filling out your online profile. Once you’re signed up, you can make appointments by calling 1-408-708-0204 or by using the Crossover Health mobile app, available for Android and iOS. Each dependent will need to sign up to access services.

As a member, you always get highly customized care. You’ll build a relationship with your providers who work closely with you to achieve your health-related goals.
