The Crossover Health Center provides an alternative way to get affordable, high-quality, and convenient healthcare. It’s a state-of-the art private health center located less than a mile from the Santa Clara campus. Services are available to NVIDIA employees and their dependents age 18 and older enrolled in the NVIDIA HSA Plus, NVIDIA HSA, NVIDIA PPO or Blue Choice Platinum PPO medical plans. Crossover Health is also available for urgent care needs for all employees visiting Santa Clara on business.
Crossover Health offers VIP access to a highly-skilled team of physicians, nurses, specialists, and coaches who deliver complete, concierge-style healthcare services. Services include primary care and urgent care, behavioral health, physical and massage therapy, vision services, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. And because Crossover Health is a private health center, you’re always a priority.
Crossover Health is not currently available to spouses, dependents, or employees enrolled in the Kaiser HMO or Kaiser HSA medical plans, or to employees who are not enrolled in NVIDIA medical coverage.
