DISABILITY INSURANCE

If you’re unable to work because you are ill or injured, NVIDIA provides a variety of benefits to support you so that you can focus on recovering, instead of worrying about how to pay your bills.

Depending on where you live, many plans work together to keep you financially covered while on leave of absence.

Plan Details

Short-Term Disability Plan The Larkin Company
Areas Available Nationally
Eligibility Employees working at least 20 hours per week
Payment Amount 66 2/3 percent of base salary, up to a maximum of $3,000 per week
Duration 180 days (6 months)

 

Long-Term Disability Plan Prudential
Areas Available Nationally
Eligibility Employees working at least 20 hours per week
Payment Amount Benefits begin on the 181st day of disability

A monthly benefit of 66 2/3 percent of base salary, up to a maximum of $15,000 per month

Duration Benefits are payable as long as you meet the plan’s definition of disability or reach age 65

If You Get Injured at Work

If you are injured while at work, you’re eligible for Workers’ Compensation benefits, which replace lost wages and pay for any medical treatment or rehabilitation necessary for you to return to work.
